Bluetooth still searching. Used a samsung s24 and s20 both issues to connect.

I don’t understand why there is no sound. The name for connection is unclear which. one indicator is on, and the other is not. how do they connect at all if there is no enable button? the other headphones have been connected and these are either defective or I don’t understand how to connect them
